    Hi
I’m new with this I bought the book and I’m a member paid as monthly payment to get the fully benefits.
The first question what benefits can I get from the monthly payment and what and where I can get the lessons.
2nd audition I need a bike fit calculator to check Saddle Setup (Height & Setback), and Cockpit & Body Position and Pedals & Cleats (Clipless) , and Fine-Tuning
Please, let me know how can I get more information
    Thanks .

      Hi Saeed,

      1. You have full access to all the content and lessons on the members page (after you log in).
      https://www.llbmtb.com/members/

      2. As long as you remain a paid member here, you also have paid subscriber access to ridelogicmtb.substack.com. I post lots of current content there, and I answer reader questions. Log into Substack with the same email you used for this site.

      Model your bike here.

(Right now I am working on the improved version of that tool).

For saddle height multiply your inseam by 0.883.

Saddle setback is trickier to calculate because of different seat angles and saddle designs, as well as crank lengths and anatomy. Start with this info:

Cleat position. The best advice is to ride your bike with flat pedals for a while. See where you end up putting your feet and notice the wear on your shoes. Position your cleats to match.

If you post a video of you spinning on a trainer, I can take a look and give you feedback. I also encourage you to message me via the Substack channel.

      Welcome!
