This is the place to begin. We're going to give you the instruction manual to our bodies we all should have received as kids. Learning to how to move in a hip-dominant pattern will help us in every part of our lives - on the bike and off. Much of what we'll teach you is best learned off the bike. Practice and integrate these movements into your daily life. Then on the bike they'll feel like second nature.
